I really enjoyed this hotel! It’s very historic and feels like stepping back in time. We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect central location. The neighborhood is very nice and clean. Upon check in we were greeted by Rachel who was extremely helpful, bubbly, and nice. I had reserved a corner suite and our room wasn’t quite ready yet. Rachel gave us a free upgrade to a corner deluxe suite which really elevated our mood right away! She is very good at her job. The room was huge! It had a glamorous, old timey feel to it. The bathroom was large and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. The bed is extremely comfortable and since we were in a corner room, the front door was far away from the bed so we didn’t hear any noise in the hallway. The curtains also stay closed at night so you can block out the street lights which was a huge plus. The sound proofness of the walls was great and the build was a quality that you don’t see much anymore. The lobby is beautiful and I love the aesthetic. Definitely stop in the Library bar. The vibe is wonderful and it truly feels like a time capsule. There was live music from a really talented singer and everyone was dressed to the 9s. I felt like we were in a different era and I didn’t want to leave. The old fashions are incredible! The next morning we had breakfast at the Landmark restaurant and it was so good! Delicious food and coffee and a really nice atmosphere. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the experience at this hotel. It was my first time staying here and I can’t wait to come back and stay for longer next time. Highly recommend staying here if you are in the area, or at least stopping by for a drink. Cheers!

This was our first time to the hotel and it was a very good experience. It is supposedly the 3rd oldest hotel in Dallas and has the charm to prove it. It is an old hotel, evident by the timeless style and electricity ran on the outside of the walls. People who posted reviews complaining about the hotel’s age should stay at a newer hotel. The pattern in the lobby floor is not offensive, it is part of the decor. It is possible to hear people in the hallways, but that is true of most hotels, new or old, if the people in the hallway are rude and speak too loud. That happened to us at 3 in the morning, but only once. It is on a busy street so there can be some street noise from time to time. If you want complete peace and quiet, don’t stay in a hotel in a busy city. The staff were nice and helpful, especially the house car driver, Chris. The Library bar is spectacular with reasonably priced cocktails and exceptional live music. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

The hotel messed up my billing charging both company and personal cards with the same amount. No response to mails. Now I am hundreds of dollars out of pocket with no proper cost breakdown of way to get them to find away to fix the mess. I strongly advise not to stay here.

We spent 4 nights at the Warwick. This is a lovely old hotel withe a beautiful bar and restaurant. The rooms are large and comfortable and the staff friendly and accommodating. The location is great with easy access to downtown and Love Field. However, there are a couple of pesky things... Parking is valet only at $45 a night. The wifi is weak and sketchy. Because it is a couple of miles from the airport there are airplanes flying over all day. One does get used to it and it stops between about 10pm and 6am but be aware. Overall this is a great hotel and a really good value.

Despite historically strong ratings of this hotel, my family’s experience here was outright horrendous. Please please please avoid as a consumer/guest. The hotel room tables and towels were not well maintained upon arrival. Specifically, noting copious stains on towels and an unclean bedroom table surface. We also did not get much sleep due to loud noises from other hotel guests and cars on the street. Upon escalating, front desk staff were highly disrespectful and insensitive. Front desk did not give a bit of sincere concern to the issues of our room when we voiced our issues, which was unprecedented for a hotel of this price category. Additionally, highly caution hidden fees of this hotel which were not openly disclosed upon booking. Spent one night here in March 2024 and that was beyond enough. Many other better hotel options in the area. Again, reiterate highly avoiding (despite high current rating).
